Lost Card Protection Plan (LCP)

Benefits:

1. Cover against fraudulent use of your Sheet Street store card once you report it as lost or stolen, as well as the following benefits:
• R300 credited to your Sheet Street account to replace personal items, such as your handbag or purse *
• R250 paid directly to you to cover the cost of replacing your driver’s license and ID Document *
• We will let you know where to go and what to do to replace your ID Document. We will even send you the forms to get you started *
• With your permission we can assist with replacing your other store cards *

* This cover will only apply if items are lost or stolen at the same time as your Sheet Street store card.

2. Mobile Trauma Alert will contact up to 5 family members or friends at the push of a button from your cell phone if you are in an emergency. Register on www.familywatch.co.za


3. Trauma Assistance Helpline provide 24-hour assistance from trained counsellors specialising in trauma debriefing and ongoing support – 0861 127 326
